How We Got Here

We’re two full-time professionals who ended up in Delaware because of work — and then made one of the biggest decisions of our lives: we bought a house.
The only problem? Neither of us had ever owned one before...
After years of apartment living, we quickly learned that homeownership comes with a lot more than a mortgage. Between full-time jobs and everyday life, we needed local professionals we could trust to help keep our home clean and well maintained.
House cleaning was one of our first challenges. Finding a cleaner was easy. Finding someone reliable, who cleaned the way we would and who we felt comfortable welcoming into our home? Not so easy.

We wanted to make the search easier for people like us: busy homeowners who need help but don't have hours to compare companies, read endless reviews, and figure out who to trust.
We’re also using this little corner of the internet to document what we learn along the way because, oh boy, homeownership has taught us a lot.
If our trial and error can make someone else's homeownership journey a little easier, we'd call that a win.
